I'm nurse working for the NHS I've ordered this product for my daughters wedding as a treat. This is a 1st for me as I never treat myself.
I paid a lot of money (for me anyway) and queried the tax charge for import as it was another £56.00
The owner replied as if I'd asked the worst question ever and responded with This is the 1st time in 11 years anyone has disputed the cost" I felt very embarrassed as if I should've known about it and that I shouldn't be worried about the money. But I'm a single parent and can't justify the amount. She subsequently went to to send me negative emails inspite of me explaining my situation.
I asked for a refund and told her that her customer service needs looking at and that I would write an honest and accurate review, to which she threatened me saying if I do she won't refund my shipping charges.
I've accepted the parcel now as I didn't feel I had a choice, but I woiuldt buy or recommend such a hard faced woman again
