Returns and Exchanges
We take great pride in our reputation for providing merchandise of the highest quality. As such, it is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our merchandise, Gold Coast Couture does not accept returns. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange your merchandise within ten business days after shipment has been received, provided that:
i) the item is in its original condition
ii) the item has not been worn, used or damaged; and
iii) the item is returned in its original packaging, with all items that were included with the original purchase.
Merchandise returned to Gold Coast Couture for exchange must be returned pre-paid, as we are unable to accept COD deliveries. Please note that we are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Therefore, please make sure to add insurance on the package.
PLEASE NOTE: Since this is a small business, any item(s) not authorized to be returned (prior to sending) are subject to at least a 20% restocking fee, depending on the circumstances, at the discretion of the store owner. The restocking fee will be to cover the initial shipping charge(s), shipping supplies, processing and handling. Any item received back worn or damaged, will not be accepted or credited.
Any order over $300 will receive complimentary UPS or FedEx Ground shipping.
